Postmortem

A segment of Online Community customers (approximately 20%) experienced an outage on May 10th from about 12:29pm ET to 12:52pm ET.

One of our database servers experienced a hardware failure which required a restart to migrate to a new host.

No data was compromised during this outage and all services were returned to full and complete operation at 12:52pm ET.
