Login sessions established prior to this maintenance period will be automatically invalidated, requiring all users to re-authenticate to the site. Any logins performed after this period will be secured with the upgraded encryption mechanism.
No downtime for sites is expected during this maintenance period; the only impact expected is the requirement to re-authenticate when the maintenance is completed.

Resolved - We have resolved the report issue within Real Magnet so all areas of Real Magnet are operational.

We appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

We plan to have a root cause analysis (RCA) ready for distribution in the next 3 business days and will post it here.

Identified - We have put a temporary fix in place which will allow access to all areas of Real Magnet except Reporting. At this time, all reporting in Real Magnet is still down. We will provide another update on this with the next 60 minutes.
