We will be upgrading the encryption mechanism used to secure sessions within the Online Community. Login sessions established prior to this maintenance period will be automatically invalidated, requiring all users to re-authenticate to the site. Any logins performed after this period will be secured with the upgraded encryption mechanism.
No downtime for sites is expected during this maintenance period; the only impact expected is the requirement to re-authenticate when the maintenance is completed.
The maintenance is scheduled from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM EST (5:00 PM to 6:00 PM PST) on Wednesday, December 6th [12:00 PM AEDT to 1:00 PM AEDT on Thursday December 7th].
We notified all customers affected by this maintenance via email on Wednesday, November 29, 2023.
