Scheduled Maintenance – Higher Logic Online Community

Scheduled for Oct 17, 22:00 - 22:30 EDT

Scheduled

We will perform maintenance on select Online Community database servers on Saturday, October 17, from 10:00–10:30 PM ET to address memory constraints affecting backup processing.

Any service impact is expected to be brief and isolated to a subset of customers. Affected community sites may experience 5–10 minutes of downtime during this window.

Thank you for your understanding and support.
